Meet your Physiotherapist

HCPC and CSP Registered Practitioner

“Recovery doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from the right practice, at the right pace, with the right support.”

Jacob is a TEDx speaker, published author, and dedicated Clinical Educator in the field of neuro-rehabilitation.
He is a highly experienced, HCPC and CSP registered Neuro-Physiotherapist. Jacob holds a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and has nearly a decade of clinical experience in the NHS and private sector, helping countless individuals across Lincolnshire achieve significant functional improvements and better quality of life.
He uses a holistic, evidence-based framework—combining physiotherapy with nervous system regulation, breathwork, and practical strategies—to stabilize the body, dramatically improve energy, and make life feel possible again for his clients.
This deep understanding of movement is further informed by his personal life: Jacob is passionate about martial arts, basketball, and functional movement training, often incorporating elements like Tai Chi into his exercises to improve his clients' balance, coordination, and controlled movement patterns.
Jacob is committed to treating every client with personalized, goal-oriented care, delivered right where you live.

About Neurological Physiotherapy

Our Core Values: Honesty, Respect, Commitment
At Neurological Physio, we know that successful recovery isn't just about exercises; it's about the therapeutic relationship. We believe these three core principles create a great partnership and allow us to help you lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Honesty: Your Path to Real Improvement

We are committed to honesty. We will always let you know when you are doing well and when something requires change. Our feedback is always truthful, so you can be sure to use it to your advantage and improve. Importantly: If you have already reached your potential, we will tell you so and will not continue to see you if it is not necessary. If we do not know the answer to your question, we will be sure to direct you to somebody who can help.

Respect: A Vital Partnership

We deeply believe that an environment based on mutual respect is vital for a good therapeutic relationship. All our interactions are based on respect and aforementioned honesty. We will always listen to you and be open to different perspectives regarding your care.

Commitment: Your Best Life

We are committed to providing you with the best care and support throughout your treatment. We will develop a personalized program tailored to your individual needs, provide you with honest and accurate feedback, and be there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. With hard work and dedication, together we will help you LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.

Why Choose Us?

"Jacob is far more than just a physiotherapist. He is a caring, dedicated person who have been so helpful. Jacob gave an honest assessment, but he did not give false promises. Not only has Jacob been an amazing physiotherapist, he has provided mental and emotional support to both my wife and myself. We cannot recommend him more highly."

— John W

"Without Jacob's input, I feel I would still be in a huge black hole! Jacob certainly supported me into a much better place, both physically and emotionally... thank you!"

— Eileen C

"The support is absolutely top-notch. My Physio, Jacob, was a godsend in my hours of need and was there for me through some of the worst times of my life. Before I came across him, I was a complete and utter wreck. He definitely goes above and beyond—I honestly don't know how I would have coped without the support. Having an illness no one else can see or understand can be a very lonely place, and the support has been invaluable to me."

— S. R.
